DIANGGOTAI 13 jejaka bergaya, kumpulan ini telah mencetus fenomena serta mencipta populariti yang mengagumkan di Korea. Tampil dengan alunan Korea Pop atau dikenali sebagai K-Pop, mereka muncul di persada muzik dengan pakej yang cukup menarik dengan pengawalan vokal bertenaga.

Ditubuhkan pada 2005, sehingga kini kumpulan yang dinamakan Super Junior ini telah pun menghasilkan 19 buah album termasuk pelbagai koleksi album runut bunyi.

Apa yang membanggakan, dikalangan anggota ada yang bukan sahaja mampu bergabung sebagai penyanyi menerusi Super Junior malah berkecimpung dalam dunia lakonan, pengacaraan serta pemuzik.

Super Junior pernah menerima pelbagai anugerah utama antarabangsa seperti di MTV Asia Awards 2008 selaku Artis Pilihan Korea dan Anugerah Muzik Hiburan CCTV 2008. dengan meraih anugerah Album Terbaik serta Kumpulan Paling Popular.

Menjengah ke 2009, Super Junior menambah koleksi penganugerahan di Golden Disk Awards dengan anugerah Album of the Year (Sorry, Sorry), Album Terbaik serta Samsung YEPP Popularity Award.

Justeru, atas populariti dan kejayaan yang diraih, Super Junior bakal bertandang ke Malaysia untuk menjayakan sebuah konsert jelajah Asia memandangkan mereka juga mempunyai peminat yang bukan sedikit di negara ini.

Bakal berlangsung 20 Mac ini di Stadium Putra, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, konsert dinamakan Super Junior The 2nd Asia Tour Super Show 2 Live In Malaysia 2010 itu dianjurkan oleh Redstar Presents dan diuruskan menerusi Marctensia serta Warner Music.

Super Junior sebelum ini pernah melawat Malaysia atas undangan menghadiri Anugerah MTV Asia pada dua tahun lalu.

Menurut kenyataan yang dikeluarkan oleh Marctensia, rancangan membawa Super Junior ke Malaysia menjadi realiti selepas beberapa kali mengadakan perbincangan bersama pengurusan artis kumpulan tersebut iaitu SM Entertainment dan penganjur.

Konsert tersebut, jelas kenyataan itu, akan berlangsung pada pukul 7 malam dengan tiket dijual pada harga RM138 dan RM238 untuk ruangan tempat duduk bernombor.

Bagi tiket berharga RM458 pula, penonton boleh memilih tempat duduk bernombor atau kawasan Rock Pitt.

Setiap pembelian dua keping tiket, peminat berpeluang mendapatkan poster edisi terhad Super Junior.

Bagaimanapun, poster berkenaan terhad untuk 500 pembeli tiket terawal sahaja.

“Untuk peminat Super Junior yang ingin mendapatkan tiket dan tempat duduk menarik, tiket akan mula dijual pada 18 hingga 29 Januari ini,” kata kenyataan itu.

On March 20, 2010, Super Junior will be hosting a concert in Malaysia. Hallyu will reach Malaysia again, history’s biggest boy group Super Junior (or also SJ) Confirmed in March to come to Malaysia and host a concert. They will hold their second Asia concert “Super Show 2″ for Malaysia. The K-Pop sensation continues to attack Malaysia with Super Junior, the biggest boy band group in the world to debut their Malaysia tour next March 2010 with their Super Junior, the 2nd Asia Tour, Super Show 2 Live in Malaysia 2010.

Organized by Redstar Presents, event managed by Marctensia and Warner Music as record label, Super Junior, the 2nd Asia Tour, Super Show 2 Live in Malaysia 2010 is set to kick off on Saturday, 20th March 2009 (typo! lol it should be 2010), 7.00pm at Stadium Putra, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. Super Junior last came to Malaysia for MTV Asia Awards 2008 but this time, it’ll be their first ever concert. The biggest boy band group will present their indisputable energy and showmanship on stage.

Super Junior started in September 2005, making it the biggest boy band group in the world. To date the boy band has released 19 albums that include soundtracks, etc. Due to different tier of demands, Super Junior is also further divided into sub-groups, namely Super Junior-KRY, Super Junior-M and super Junior-Happy that cater for different languages and market such as Korean, Japanese and Mandarin for fans of Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan and the whole of SEA. Not only that, Super Junior’s vocals as a group in acapella and harmonization are praised by the media.

One of Super Junior’s main attractions is their ultra-energetic dance choreography that embraces hip hop, street and break dancing that makes Super Junior a group of acclaimed b-boys that showcases their acclaimed techniques of popping, waving, sliding, liquid dancing, etc.; all featured in their MVs and live concerts.

Breaking the record ticket sales of Asian concert in Malaysia, Super Junior, the 2nd Asia Tour "Super Show 2" Live in Malaysia 2010, nearly 40% of the concert tickets were sold out in less than a week during the Ticket Pre-sale. RM138 and RM238 ticket categories were totally sold out. Especially RM138 ticket category was gone within 2 hours of the Pre-Sale itself. Fans started to queue at 7am and the queue lasted for 12 hours, an unseen ticket-grabbing phenomenon over the past decade.

To continue the Super Junior Tsunami, the organizer, Redstar Presents and concert management, Marctensia will kick off the Official Ticket Launch on Saturday, 6 February 2010 at concourse level, Sungei Wang at 12pm. There will be 15% discount on each concert tickets.

At the ticket launch, a dance group named Progression will perform the dance hit "Sorry, Sorry" at the Ticket Launch and provide dance workshop on-the-spot so that all fans can warm up to the song before the concert. There will be games on stage with great prized to be won!
